Katrina Yap is the Managing Director of InfoCom Asia Pacific and has been specializing on telecommunications and ICT topics for the past 16 years. She works collaboratively with a Global Team that provides independent technology and solutions evaluations on Managed Enterprise Networks, Managed Voice and Collaboration Solutions and Managed Mobility Services. She has also worked on these evaluation projects since 2010 that support SMEs and large enterprise customers in Europe and in the Asia Pacific through their decision-making process.
Katrina leads a highly dynamic team of experienced research professionals in the Asia Pacific that conduct quantitative and qualitative studies. Furthermore, she manages multi-country market research projects in the ICT, banking and healthcare industries for the region with focus on brand performance, consumer behaviour, attitudes & insights, spending, and investment priorities/roadmap planning.
Ms. Yap received her advanced degrees in Humanities with specialisation in Political Economy from the University of Asia & the Pacific and is currently undergoing a doctorate program in Management and Psychology in a US based graduate institution.
