Pebbles is the GCash Chief Technology and Operations Officer. As the CTOO, Pebbles is responsible for Technology, Customer Experience Management and Operations.
She has over 20 years of experience in the Information and Telecommunications industry, with deep background in product and platform management, program management as well as product development.
Prior to her current role at Mynt, she was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Globe Telecom where she led the IT transformation and delivered a re-energized IT strategy and landscape, and enabled Globe to quickly adapt to the fast-changing digital economy. She has been with Globe for 18 years, and is instrumental in many of its successes including the adoption of cloud-first policy, making Globe the largest consumers of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the region; completion of key digitization initiatives; and the standardization of the product design and delivery process.
Apart from her relentless drive to shape the future of digital in the Philippines, she is a firm believer of driving innovation from within, and is passionate about creating a great company culture that naturally drives wonderful experiences.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with specialization in Information Technology from De La Salle University, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
