18years ago, Jeff co-founded the first clinically oriented healthcare service center in Metro Manila, a specialized clinical services provider supporting medical management, workers compensation, and specialty services segments of the US healthcare market. Pioneering the way for higher valued services utilizing Philippine Clinical talents to service the world market in the BPM services industry.
Today, Jeff is the Co-Founder and one of the executive leaders of Genfinity, an industry enabler that provides insight and guidance in developing new strategies, product offerings and process standardization to participants old and new in the evolving HIM marketplace. Genfinity prides itself on best preparing the Philippines highly skilled, clinically educated, workforce for the elevated job duties required. Thus, ensuring sustained, continually evolving growth in the Philippines healthcare support services sector.
Genfinity also provides traditional BPM services for multiple clients and via its GIC enablement service offerings has assisted multiple U.S. entities establish operations in the Philippines.
Jeff is a long-time member and current Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Health Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) as well as an active member in multiple BPM industry focused associations and government led programs.
