Currently the OIC Director for the Bureau of Animal Industry, and member of the Office Internationale des Epizooties (OIE) or the World Organization for Animal Health- ad hoc Group on Veterinary Emergencies, and a Fellow of the Philippine College of Veterinary Epidemiologist.
Dr. Morales has also been awarded Outstanding Alumnus in Government Service, University of the Philippines, October 2010.
