DPWH will still have the largest budgetary allocation among all government agencies in 2024, as the current administration commit to further improve the physical connectivity in the country. Dpwh will receive an enormous budget amounting to 821.11 billion pesos this year to construct, maintain, rehabilitate, and upgrade the roads, bridges and tunnels, and complete more infrastructure projects across the Philippines.
Recognizing the importance of latest technology, the government pushes to adapt all available technological advancements and innovations in the development of the infrastructure systems for more sustainable, climate – resilient and first-class projects.
