Michael PJ Pollard CEng, BSc (hons), DipMS Michael is a consulting engineer and management professional with 35 years’ experience in delivering new railway schemes and network enhancements. Prior to his current position with the NSCR project, he has worked on rail (and airports) projects in Asia, Middle East, North America, Europe and UK. He is a specialist in the disciplines of Systems Engineering, Safety & RAM.
