Nick is the General Manager of tpm and a member of the executive management team.
Appointed from a global real estate company, Nick brings to tpm 18 years of consulting, project management and real estate experience, working on strategic expansion strategies and technology platforms for large-scale, multi-national corporations.
An electrical engineering and systems background led Nick to start his project management career, working in banking and the commercial sector which are heavily focused on technology. He then moved into the industrial and hospitality sectors. He has significant experience in project planning, constructability and procurement.
He has worked as the client representative for investors and owners dealing with all aspects of project delivery including tenancies.
Nick has extensive experience forming and leading multi-cultural teams across the UK, India, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Qatar and the UAE.
