Michael Raquiza is the Country Head of the #1 full-stack hospitality chain in the Philippines, ZEN Rooms, at just 27. At the ZEN Rooms Headquarters in BGC, he spearheads nationwide projects and operations. He graduated from The University of Texas in 2015, and focused on developing his sales and leadership skills since then. His leadership approach in ZEN Rooms is centered on inspiring young professionals to challenge the status quo and be like him who would help take the country forward. When he is not overseeing operations in ZEN, he does business consultancy, and he is the Vice President of Special Project Gabay Aral at Junior Chambers International (JCI) Manila.
