Hubertus Cramer started his hospitality consultancy company Stratecore Trade and Services Inc. in the Philippines in 2018. His current business engagements are with Ascott’s Citadines, Johnson & Johnson Philippines, Filinvest, Hyatt, Sheraton and independent restaurant developers.

Earlier, Hubertus worked for 9 years at Resorts World Manila. Starting in 2009, he was responsible for the development of the Food and Beverage department, first as Head of Culinary before becoming the Vice President in 2012 while fostering his newly found passion, kitchen design.

Prior, he joined the Hyatt Food and Beverage team in 1997. During the following 12 years as Executive Chef, he worked in Singapore, Bali and opened hotels in Melbourne, Incheon and Manila.

The opening of the Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila provided the stage for his cooking show creation, The Paradigm Chef on ABS-CBN. Supporting the development of young chefs, he engaged with culinary educational institutions like the American Hospitality Academy.

In 1994, Hubertus moved from Europe to Asia, to head the team at the


award-winning restaurant Plume at The Regent Hotel in Hong Kong.
He spent his learning years in Michelin Star rated restaurants in Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France before returning to Germany to work at the 3 Star Michelin Restaurant Aubergine in Munich.
Hubertus graduated in Germany followed by the academic training to become first a Pâtissier and later a Chef.
