Hwee Kiang is currently heading the Asia Turbine Control for Goltens Trading and Engineering in Singapore. He has been working closely with Goltens branches in Asia to help bring Woodward and L&S Electric digital control products and solutions to local industry users. Hwee Kiang started his career with Woodward Governor Asia/Pacific in Singapore in 1993. When he was a Control Systems Engineer in Woodward, he developed several complexed control systems to upgrade obsolete governors and commissioned them for different prime movers and industries. Later, Hwee Kiang took on a larger responsibility in Woodward in managing customer service for Asia/Pacific. He left Woodward in 2000 and joined PM Control Systems as Head of the Electronics Department. Under his leadership, he developed PM Control Systems to be one of the largest Woodward Distributor globally providing high-end Woodward digital control solutions. He also steered PM Control Systems into hydropower industry. They were several successful hydro projects which were commissioned in Agus Philippines. Hwee Kiang has a first class honor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Glasgow University. He recently had his MBA in Finance.
