Jovita "Joy" Polloso is the Senior Vice-President of Filinvest Land Inc.- Commercial Centers and Retail Management Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, developing commercial and retail models, as well as managing the business and operations of top conglomerate real estate developers in the Philippines. Her expertise in business development planning, project management, brand creation and center management operations provides opportunities for her present company to expand and grow footprint for its commercial centers leasing business portfolio.

Ms Polloso also has international retail management exposure with one of Singapore's largest estate developers. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Philippines, and Regis University Denver, Colorado, USA. She is also an accredited professor in Strategic Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
