Engr. Julius A. Marzoña is a Civil Engineer by profession and has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years with about 20 years of experience in Construction Project Management

Currently, he is the Technical Services Group Head of San Miguel Properties, Inc. Former AVP for Project Management Group of SM Engineering Design and Development, for SM Malls, Hotels, Offices and Schools Construction (1 year). Prior to SMEDD, he was the Consultant / Project Director of Makati Development Corporation for Ayala Hotels and Resorts Construction Management (2 years).

He has been the Head of and Vice President for Project Development Team of Rockwell Land Corporation for mid and high-rise Residential projects from Dec 2005 where he availed an early retirement last Feb 2016 (10 years).

Experienced working with SPCastro and Associates Project Management Consultant as Construction Project Manager for various clients in Brunei Darussalam and Philippines, completing projects like commercial complex, hospitals and hotels, compliant to safety, quality, time and cost from March 1994 to Nov 2005 (11 years).

He is a Certified Construction Project Manager, (CPM) by Department of Trade and Industry - Construction Manpower Development Foundation. (DTI-CMDF, 1997).

For the last 10 years, he has been conducting training sessions for various companies and organizations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Prior to his Construction Project Management experience, he worked with housing development companies like Stateland Investment Corporation and Extra Ordinary Development Corporation. Likewise, he was involved in roads, bridges and irrigation construction under Hi-Tri Development Corporation, FF Cruz Consulting Engineers, DPWH, Provincial Engineering Office and National Irrigation Administration in Antique.

A graduate of BS Civil Engineering from Central Philippine University, Iloilo City. He lives in Paraňaque City. Married with 2 sons and a daughter.
