David Zaballero is a director and design manager at Arquitectonica International, and is involved in the design and management of the firm's Asian projects. He studied at the University of Manchester and the Polytechnic of North London, and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. His experience covers a range of building typologies, including retail, residential, office, hospitality, assembly, mixed-use and master-planning; for projects across China, Korea, the Middle-East and various South-East Asian countries.

These projects include Cyberport, a 532,000 sqm office & IT incubator development in HK; the 600,000 sqm International Finance Centre in Seoul; Tai Koo Hui, a 480,000 sqm mixed-use development for Swire Properties in Guangzhou; and multiple high profile retail, office and masterplan projects for the SM Group from the Philippines.
