Pascale Chatelain is the Vice-President of Global Sales & Channels for FCS, one of the leading platforms for Hotel Operations Optimisation which empowers hotel teams and management to deliver the best guest experience, while improving profitability. She recently took on the added responsibility of Global Marketing for the company as well.

Pascale is both an “entrepreneur” and “intrapreneur” and is driven by opportunities to innovate and foster changes in organisation. A latecomer into the hospitality industry, her experience spans from holding various executive leadership roles from Marketing to Strategic Alliances & Channels across Europe, Middle & Africa at Oracle (before Micros Acquisition) to heading the leading Apple-based Guest facing technology Directstreams as Co-founder & CEO.

A French national, Pascale has extensive multicultural experiences. She holds an MBA from University Of Edinburgh and Ponts et Chaussées, as well a BS in International Politics from the American University of Paris. Privately, Pascale just ranked 4th in the world’s longest Women off-road rally raid in Mongolia & Gobi Desert - Aventura Cup 2018.
