With more than 10 years of experience in the Hotel Industry across two continents, Carolina currently serves as Senior Director of Development South East Asia and Pacific for Radisson Hotel Group. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, Carolina was the Senior Regional Director of Development for Best Western Hotels & Resorts, based in Bangkok. She also held roles with Centara Hotels & Resorts and JLL.

Carolina graduated from Bocconi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later obtain a MS in Real Estate and Investment from University of Reading, UK. Recently, she earned a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
