Bernard Kee joined STR, a research, data analytics and benchmarking company in 2016. He heads up STR's Southeast Asia regional teams.

He is a lively presenter, frequently found speaking at hospitality events and universities, meshing personal encounters, humour and data story into his sharing. His wealth of travel industry knowledge derives from his consumer banks, low-cost carrier airline, hotels, integrated resorts and online travel agency experiences. Bernard is a believer using big data to formulate development strategies. Primarily focused on hospitality-related news and development, he provides industry partners with informed regional perspective to make better planning decisions.

A proud daddy of 4, Bernard is passionate about races and restaurant-styled home cooking. He founded the Bintan Triathlon in 2005 and has transformed the resort race into a destination event. Bernard holds a post-graduate diploma in marketing with Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and a degree in media management & communications with Universities of South Australia.
