Eduardo DJ Mendoza, associate AIA is one of the founder of IIDA International, Singapore, an international Firm. Offering Master Planning, Resort & Hotel, Architecture and Prestige Interior Design Services from Singapore Cebu and Manila.

For about 35 years of experience, Eduardo has design award winning International Mixed use Development and Hotel & Resort, some of the notable built or under design Progress include the Novotel Myanmar, Three Island Resort & Hotel Maldives, Four Season Hyderabad, The District GVR Las Vegas, Four Points Lagoi Bay, Khamala Mountain Resort & Hotel and Luxury Villas in Phuket and Hyatt Al Khobar. Prior to forming to IIDA International, Eduardo was a Senior Lead Designer to few well known Architecture Firm like Callison RTKL Architecture, Seattle, JMA Architecture Las Vegas, SRSS Associate Singapore and Cadiz International Singapore where he designed and Masterplan several World class Hospitality and Mixed use development project around the US and ASEAN Region.

Eduardo is involved in the Analysis of Client concern, He work directly with the client to conceive and develop Architecture solution to the issue, initiates and create design to Balance Architecture and Science as well as the new trend of Technology in Hospitality Planning and Construction.

Eduardo is a BS Architecture graduate at University of Santo Thomas, an International Competition Representatives, to name a few Dubai Mall Expansion by EMAAR, The Berth at Sentosa Cove, Saddiyat Soho River Edge Development, Abu Dhabi and 75 hectare Mountain Resort & Hotel and Luxury Villas, Khamala Phuket . A highly Hands on Designer in most well known Invitational Architectural Competition.
