He is the Assistant Chief for Operations in Manila Control Tower since March 2016, responsible for the supervision of the overall quality and safety performance of the ATC facility (Manila Control Tower). Also, he is currently the National Vice Chairman of the Philippine Air Traffic Control Association (PATCA), member of the Manila Runway Safety Team.

He developed and co-authored the Manila Runway Safety Program, the local runway safety team (LRST) in NAIA, created the Ramp Control Training Course that trained qualified MIAA and PALexpress on radiotelephony and about ATC profession.

He has more than 21 years of air traffic control experience with expertise focusing on aerodrome control service, more than 17 years of training new recruits for air traffic control service and a regular attendee of various trainings and seminars abroad related to ICAO air traffic management and aviation safety

He is a Graduate of the French Ecole Nationale De L’Aviation Civile with an advanced Master’s Degree in Aviation and Safety Management; and a graduate of B.S. Aerospace Engineering in Airlink International Aviation College.
